Legalisation requirements for Cuba

Document for use in Cuba first needs to be legalised by way of FCDO Apostille and then submitted to the Consulate of Cuba for further attestation.

FEES

The consular fee is £107 per document/Apostille plus the Consulate Admin fee of £24.

PROCESSING TIME

The consular processing time is likely to be 3-6 working days.

IMPORTANT NOTES

The documents must be translated into Spanish and the translation also needs to be notarised with the notarisation in dual language English-Spanish or English and translated into Spanish.

The FCDO Apostille is required to be affixed to the original English version as well as to the Spanish notarised translation.

If more than one document is notarised as a bundle, each document is required to be translated into Spanish, notarised and Apostilled individually.
