Important Notes for Poland
For the legalisation of UK educational documents, the Polish Ministry of Education require for the UK notaries to verify the authenticity of the award with the issuing institution and make a statement of authenticity otherwise they will not accept it.
Court documents must be certified by the UK court officials or sealed by the UK court (with wet-signature and/or stamp) and the Apostille must be attesting the court public official’s signature or court seal (UK court document certified by solicitor or notary public is not accepted by the Polish authorities).
