Legalisation requirements for Namibia
Documents for use in Namibia do not need to be legalised if they are signed/authenticated by a UK notary public (r. 128(3) of the Rules of the High Court of Namibia 2013).
Please confirm the requirements with the local instructing party in Namibia as in some cases further legalisation by way of FCDO Apostille and Namibia High Commission may be required.
